Secretary General of Tehran Chamber:
After the publication of some false information about the membership of artists in Tehran Chamber of Commerce and obtaining a real membership card of the Chamber to start and operate in the form of a private sector economic organization, Bahman Eshghi, Secretary General of the Tehran Chamber, in a short conversation with Ham Mihan newspaper, explained that these membership cards are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the “Rules of the Chamber” and provide the possibility of using the general services of the Chamber for all members.
She said that issuing the membership card is very clear, as the membership card of the Tehran Chamber is issued to economic activists who are licensed to operate in the fields listed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. These people are considered to be economically active because they make money from art and they have an activity license, which is why membership cards have been taken for them.
Note that membership does not create rent in terms of foreign trade. They wanted to create an organization to be able to defend trade union rights and make it clear, and this is what the Chamber of Commerce does for all trades and entrepreneurs. The membership card was issued for this reason so that they could create an organization, so according to the rules of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, they requested a membership card from the Tehran Chamber, and each of their cases has been handled by the Iranian Chamber of Commerce.
